Spent yesterday tending to details on Hercules including spraying fresh white paint below the orange- basically below the water line.
It was showing a little wear from all it's Tahoe trips the last two years.

Hercules is for sale.
I hauled the boat up to the Concourse Boat show at Tahoe today.
I was hoping to show it in the Field of Dreams as I had with Tugger but I was too late.
I did make about 50 passes by the event and got lots of attention.
The highway patrol were amused by my efforts to find parking and my persistence 😂
Many people enjoyed seeing the little Tugboat.

Whoo boy!!😳
Found Hercules limits.
Look for it at about :19 on the video.
20mph to zero like right now.
Stuck the bow 4 times on the return from south shore.
Tahoe gets rough quick

Fabricated some bench seats for the midship of Hercules.
Made from some cutoffs in the shop.
The supports are from some exotic hard wood a friend in the merchant Marines brought home years ago. Finished in rosewood oil
Had just enough automotive primer and paint to finish the benches out.
Sure are shiny.

Hercules knocked out over 50 miles on the lake today.
Smooth waters for the most part.
A good days boating.

Sand harbor.
Beautiful rock formations.
Really low water level.- ramp closed.
Spotted some giant boulders just under the surface of the water just in time.

Sunrise on Tahoe.
Wildfires still filling the basin with smoke.
Beautiful conditions otherwise but a little chilly.

Up at 4am for 6 am launch at Cave Rock. Early bird gets the launch- 2nd in line.
Toured South Shore and the annual Celebrity Proam Golf Tournament.
