Go till failure 💪🏼 I’ve been working with Macie since she was in 8th grade and now she’s about to get her drivers license! Crazy how time flies. Her skills behind the plate are because of her dedication and hard work. This girl never complains, never gives up and always pushes herself! We typically end our lessons in some form of agility- we were working on stamina in our legs, while multitasking in this video.

these girls showed dedication and the desire to want to LEARN. they took everything i said and applied it instantly 💥 love these kind of days!!!

One of my favorite drills to do for my catchers!! Put tension on them, so they can get that snap through the ball and extend forward with their throw. I absolutely LOVE my bungee! 🙌🏼

What’s even better about the bunjee, is we can use it for hitting drills as well. Another post, for another day. 😉

Also, i’m cracking up at how much I say “beautifuuuuuul” at the end of the videos 🤣 But it’s true!! My girls do some beautiful work! 👌🏼

During your 1 on 1 lessons with me, we WILL be doing agility’s! 💪🏼

As a catcher, you have to stay light on your feet (especially them toes) and be ready for the next play! Not only do moments like this help you build muscle, quickness in your feet and repetition, but it also teaches you discipline! 😮‍💨 Keep going, even when you’re tired!!

This is just a short snippet of what you’ll be getting out of a private softball lesson. Even if it isn’t with me, LESSONS WILL DO WONDERS 👏🏼

Sometimes it takes an extra set of eyes for your athlete to gain that extra bit of power! 👊

I get told all the time “well she didn’t perform well in her game this past weekend but did so well with you in lessons…”

Did she practice on her own? Did she ask you or dad to throw her some balls and get reps in? Did she do the “homework” I assigned her? 👀

As much as softball is a physical sport, it’s also mental. 🧠

You HAVE to be willing to go the extra mile for your results to show! You HAVE to show up for yourself! You are the only one who can hold yourself accountable, and that goes for anything in life. 🙌🏼

A great coach of mine told me one day “softball isn’t your entire life, but it’s the path you take to ensure you have a great life”. Softball teaches you discipline, amongst a million other useful things. 🤎

Stay locked in ladies, the hard work pays off. I pinky promise! 🤞🏼🙌🏼

I will forever lead by example during our lessons! To get to THIS hitting position requires a lot of technique, time and repetition to get there. Notice how my shoulders are square to the ball? Chin is tucked in? I have angles in both of my elbows? This is called your “contact point” and is key to making sure you hit the ball, in the location it’s pitched at! ✌🏼

Hi everybody! I’ve been giving private catching & hitting lessons since 2017 and have never thought to make a page, so I figured, why not? 😊

I give lessons out of 3K in Pasadena, Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday. I have a prestige record basing all the way from Conroe, to Sugarland, Katy, League City, La Porte and Pasadena! I am always willing to accommodate my athletes to any schedule and go above and beyond for them. Ranging from ages 6-18, I have availability for any athlete, whether they are just starting out or have played for years.

I will be posting videos/pictures from some of my previous lessons, so you can take a peek and see if you might be interested.
