We appreciate your patience in getting this first round of paint on the fields for the Fall 2026 season and we will continue to do our best to keep fields striped through throughout the season!

Here is the field layout for Sager Creek Soccer Complex so you know where you are going tomorrow for our first Rec League Game Day of the Fall 2026 Season!

👥 Parents will sit where the dotted lines are(see map).
We do this to protect the playing surface as best we can.
We will have a field marshal present each game day, if they ask you to move to the proper side of the field, please kindly do so.

⚽️ U6 players can sit with their parents if that is what the coaches want.

⚽️ U8 and up players will sit on the opposite side of the fields from the parents.

🏃🏻‍♂️ Please respect our referees and support our coaches and players by keeping a positive atmosphere.

🅿️ Parking at Sager is tight. Do not park in the spots by the red shed at the West end of the parking lot, that are blocked off so people can turn around to get out.

🚫 No dogs at Sager Creek Soccer Complex(or Gates for the matter), No smoking or va**ng at Sager Creek Soccer Complex.

🗑️ Please help us keep the fields clean by taking ALL trash and wrappers with you or to a trash receptacle.

Game On, Clean Fields On! ⚽

Quick reminders for all our soccer families as we are already off to a great start to our Fall 2026 season!

What to BRING to practice and/game day:
⚽️ A soccer ball (if you own one)
🏃🏽‍♂️Cleats & shin guards (mandatory for safety!)
💧Plenty of water to stay hydrated

What to TAKE when you leave:
🎒Everything you brought with you (double-check for stray water bottles and equipment!)
🗑️ALL trash and wrappers

⚠️ Important Note: Gates Field does not always have trash cans available. Please plan to pack out whatever you pack in. Leaving a clean field ensures we’re being respectful to Gates for letting us use the space and the teams that use the space after us.

Let’s work together to keep our fields looking great.

☀️ SSFC Heat Guidelines Update ☀️
As we move into September, we will still have hot weather in the forecast!

Siloam Springs Futbol Club operates under Category 3 US Soccer Heat Safety Guidelines. We monitor the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) directly at the fields before and during all activities:
• WBGT 92°F+ | 🚫 Practices Cancelled or Pushed Back
• WBGT 90–91°F | ⏱️ Max 1-hour practice (4-min break every 15 min)
• WBGT 87–89°F | ⏱️ Max 2-hour practice (4-min break every 15 min OR 10-min break every 30 min)

Parent & Coach Reminders:
• Send players with plenty of cold water.
• Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing.
• Safety always overrides scheduling—coaches will adjust or stop sessions immediately if conditions deteriorate.
