You know what the best part about progress is?

Sometimes you don’t realize how far you’ve come…until you look back at where you started. 🥹

The little gymnast learning the basics becomes the confident athlete putting it all together.

But what happened in between these two videos is where the real story lives.

Practice after practice.
Corrections from coaches.
Building strength and technique.
Trying again when it didn’t work.
Celebrating when it finally did.
And most importantly—not giving up.

At Elite Gymnastics, we aren’t in a race to see how quickly an athlete can get to the next skill. We’re building strong foundations, confident athletes and a love for the sport that we hope lasts for years. 💙🖤

Unfortunately our air conditioning unit failed us during the hottest week of the summer.

We are closed tonight (8/19)

We do have someone coming out tomorrow to repair the unit and will hopefully be back to normal! If you need to make up a class from today’s closing, please email [email protected] and our coaches will be happy to help you!
