Thank you for making so much happen for these boys. From rides, practices, games, travel, encouragement, sacrifices, and constant support, none of this works without you.

Team bonding is just as important as what we do on the court. The relationships we build off the floor show up in how we play, communicate, and compete together.

From attending an NBA game to our recent team skating event, we continue to create opportunities for our players to connect and grow as a unit. Even with a few players missing, the energy and togetherness were still strong.

Our next team event will be just as important. We are committed to developing not just better players, but stronger teammates and a true family.

Before practice last night we let the Lady Heat girls have a little fun making TikToks. When you’re putting in the work the way they have been, you’ve earned the right to enjoy the journey too. Work hard, enjoy the grind, then get right back to it.

This group has been putting in serious time. We have a lot of returning players from last season and a lot of new faces learning the game the right way. Teaching the details, building confidence, and watching them start to understand the game has been a challenge, but it’s been a fun one.

What we respect most about them is the effort. Every practice they come in willing to learn, willing to compete, and willing to get better. That’s all you can ask for as a coach.

The job isn’t finished. But the foundation is being built. 🔥🔥🔥
