Between 1-2% of the U.S population trains in some form of martial arts and if you spar regularly then your ability to defend yourself in a physical street altercation is higher than 95% of the population. You may think you’re average when it comes to your peers in the martial arts but you’re elite when it comes to the average joe. Keep going
