👉🏽💥When should kids start strength training?
Young athletes can begin a strength training program around the same time they begin to play organized sports, as early as 7 or 8 years old if they express interest and are mature enough to follow directions. At this age or for any beginner, strength training is all about building a foundation, not just weight lifting.

🔥Workout Of The Day🔥
Let’s go into a Reverse, Forward, Lateral Lunge position and hit the legs with a combo.
THE DIFFERENCES. While forward and reverse lunges both work the glutes, legs and abs, each emphasizes different leg muscles. Reverse lunges hone in on the hamstrings (back of thighs) and glute max (your meatiest glute muscle), whereas forward lunges focus more on the quads (front of thighs).
Lateral lunges develop balance, stability, and strength. They work your inner and outer thighs and may even help to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Side lunges train your body to move side to side, which is a nice change from your body’s normal forward or twisting movements.

The ability to have full range of motion in your muscles and joints is one of the most important aspects of training. Improving your mobility can help you workout for longer, reduces joint pain, and can reduce the risk of injury.

👉🏽Active stretching eliminates force and its adverse effects from stretching procedures. Active stretching stimulates and prepares muscles for use during exercise. Active stretches not only stretch the muscles and tissues, but prepares the muscles for the action by activating and warming them up.
Do I need to warm-up before dynamic stretching?
While I recommend dynamic stretching when you warm-up, you don’t have to necessarily do it to cool down.
Dynamic stretches are recommended because they raise your core temperature, which is ideal for your pre-workout routine.
