With everything in our economy going 🆙️ in price, we felt it would be great to offer classes at an affordable price. 💰

For just $75 per month, $6.25 per class, you have the option to train 3 days a week during our weekday morning and evening classes, as well as our Saturday morning class.

Ages 12+. These are moderate to high intense training classes that require skills such as squatting, jumping, cycling, rowing, running, and more.
