& just like that. Not even 6 months postpartum & Iโm back ๐ (still nursing too ๐)โฃ

โBe realisticโ was what I was repeatedly told when I talked about Postpartum. Which would just bum me out bc I thought that meant no chance my body would ever be the same.โฃ

But Iโm back. Back to pre-baby weight & back to level of strength.โฃ

& in all honesty, it was much easier than I thought.โฃ

Zero cardio.โฃ
Zero diets.โฃ
Zero meal prep.โฃ

I ate whatever I wanted & only spent about 2 hours working out A WEEKโฃ.
