We’re teaming up with Recharge Sarasota to bring you a weekly wellness experience that combines 50 minutes of mat Pilates with an hour dedicated to slowing down and recovering in their brand new location.🩵☁️🧘‍♀️

Think red light therapy, sauna sessions, compression boots, and more. You’ll get to experience 2–3 recovery treatments following class.

A little movement, a little recovery, and a whole lot of feeling good.

We’re kicking things off November 9th, with our very own owner, Christina, leading the first Pilates class! ✨
