My time as a gym owner may be coming to a close, and life is moving forward as it should, but I'll never not be proud of what we built here in Arizona.
Hammer Strength and Conditioning was a dream.
It started off rough with plenty of sleepless nights, but we made it.
I've spent just over a year of my life, a small span in the grand scheme of things, building the gym and a culture of strength that was missing in the area.
It's not been easy or perfect, but I've learned so much along the way and have the absolute honor of getting to know some amazing humans.
To The Crew, you built this. You've showed up day in and day out, never faltering, never doubting. You made Hammer Strength and Conditioning what it is, and I know you will carry it forward.
To The Forge members, you have also built this. Most of you came in not knowing what to expect, and you put your faith and trust in me to guide and walk beside you on your respective journeys.
To everyone who has ever walked through my doors, thank you.
As I prepare for the bext stage in my life, I want to express the deepest sense of gratitude for everything. Without people, a gym is nothing.
I hope you all stand prouder knowing that you were a part of something - something that I will forever hold dear.
