As our community comes to terms with the impact of COVID-19, fi****ms sales and ammunition have increased dramatically. Here at Trail Boss Guns we want to make sure you and our community are protected from threats both large and microscopic.

• Protect our customers and our community. Trail Boss will be limiting access to our store, but expanding online shopping. To encourage this, we are offering the following exclusives for online shoppers--

• First shot. New, high-demand inventory will be available on web store first. Online shoppers will have first opportunity. Check after 9 am daily for most current inventory.

• Lower prices. To reward your concern for the health of our community, online shoppers get better deals than in-store shoppers. Prices online will be lower then prices in store.

• Larger selection. Another benefit to online shopping is a larger selection. In addition to in-store inventory, our website pulls near-real time inventory from ten national distributors--over 300,000 products.

• Featured Products and Store Specials. We are adding more in-store inventory to "Featured Products" and "Store Specials" to make on-hand and en route inventory easy to find on our website.

• Curbside Delivery. You won't even have to get out of your car for non-gun orders. We'll bring your online order out to you. Gun transfers will still have to come inside per ATF regulations.

• Stay informed. We are updating inventory status of high-demand items daily on our website and social media. Check after 9 am each day for most current information.

• CCW classes and some services suspended. We have suspended CCW and other fi****ms training. AZ DPS will not permit online CCW classes. We have also suspended fingerprinting and passport photos.

• Transfers and shipping still available. We are still accepting transfers and shipping out fi****ms at our new 'walk-up window'.

• Gunsmith still available. Chris is still gunsmithing, so bring him your repairs and modifications. Call or email Chris for an appointment or come to the walk-up window.

• Rest assured. We will do everything in our power to ensure you have the option of exercising your Second Amendment rights during this pandemic. We ask for your understanding and cooperation while we try to balance this goal with our personal health and the health of our community. Please, shop online and curbside pickup so we can all minimize community spread.

Free Family Day and Youth Quail Hunt

The Southern Arizona Quail Forever Chapter is holding their annual Family Day and Youth Quail Hunt on March 2nd. Along with various outdoor activities, the Huachuca Gould's Chapter will assist with instruction on a trap range for youth and adults with little experience, and our inflatable BB gun range. Please mark your calendar's for a fun-filled day afield.

Gone Hunting - Opening Late on Sep 1st.

It's opening day for Dove Season. We have gone hunting. We should open the store about noon on Saturday depending on how long it takes us to get our limit.

Welcome Back, McKay!

Gunsmith Bill McKay is back from summer vacation and ready for another season of working on your guns.

The show stars Bill McKay, a well-meaning, wisecracking gunsmith who returns to Trail Boss Guns in Sierra Vista, AZ to teach a remedial group of gun shop loafers, called "the Wranglers". The rigid store owner, Michael Benson, dismisses the Wranglers as witless hoodlums, and only expects McKay to contain them until they quit or are get fired. As a former remedial employee, and a founding member of the original class of Wranglers, McKay befriends the current Wranglers and stimulates their potential. A pupil-teacher rapport is formed, and the Gunsmith and employees often socialize while on the clock and much to the chagrin of customers.
