Thanks for checking us out! The SV SHL hopes to be the most exciting amateur sports league in Cochise County. We are taking sign ups now for the 23-24 season, so that we can allocate teams based on total number of players.
We are NOT a professional roller hockey league, and as such participation is voluntary, any and all risk associated with using underrated or missing gear is assumed by the player. Trained medical staff will be present at event. Should the 2023-2024 season commence as planned, entry fee will be $35 per player if bringing own equipment, otherwise no entry fee is charged but a $400 equipment charge will be incurred, at which point the basic starter gear set given will be owned by the player.
We plan to sell snacks, soft drinks and beers at events and games, and hold events and games in public areas where everyone is welcome to come watch the game for free.
Game rules are lax, but enforced so if you decide you want to play, be sure to request a copy of the season rulebook ahead of time and read up.
Fees associated with league entry do not include fees associated with certain teams, such as for team specific gear or uniforms. Nets and pucks will be provided during each event by the SV SHL, as well as league officials to referee each game.
