Dear Parents and Cadets,

We’re excited to kick off our first fundraiser of the 2025-2026 school year! This is your chance to help us fuel an incredible year for our JROTC program.

Please share the attached flyer with your family, friends, neighbors, on your social networks, and anyone who would love to support our outstanding cadets. Every donation directly benefits our students by funding field trips, competition fees, our Marine Corps Birthday celebration, and other essential program expenses.

And here’s the exciting part—if we reach our goal $10,000, we may even be able to purchase new unit shirts for our cadets!

Unlike many school organizations, we do not charge a program fee. Instead, we rely on the hard work and community support of our cadets and their families to keep our program strong and thriving.

What a shining example of respect by these Ridge Point HS Marine Corps JROTC cadets.

Today, I could not be prouder of our JROTC cadets. The family of a fallen veteran from our local community received a flag in a box and asked if our cadets could fold it properly so it could be placed in a shadow box. Our students went above and beyond, conducting a full ceremonial flag folding in his honor, carrying out this solemn duty with the utmost respect, professionalism, and precision.

The family was deeply moved and grateful for the meaningful way our cadets honored their loved one’s life and sacrifice. Moments like this remind me of the impact our students can have—not only in the classroom, but throughout the community.

Well done, cadets. You truly honored both the veteran’s service and the values of our program. Link to video:
