With the next round of Olympic tickets coming up, we want to make sure everyone from our Taekwondo family who is hoping to join us in Los Angeles has had a chance to secure tickets! 🎟️

If you are planning to attend the 2028 Olympics with our group, please let us know:

Our goal is to make sure no one who wants to be part of this experience gets left behind!

🍋🍋 ARTS IN THE PARK 🍋🍋

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Sidney Tendo Taekwondo’s fundraising efforts so far! We can’t wait to see you this Saturday, June 28, at Arts in the Park from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Stop by for a glass of our famous lemonade and help support our students! Proceeds help purchase new equipment for the dojang, fund seminars and competitions, and support our goal of taking students to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles as spectators. 🥋❤️

🎟️ We will also be wrapping up sales for our $1,000 raffle drawing! Tickets are $50 each, with only 100 tickets sold. If you haven’t purchased yours yet, Arts in the Park will be your last chance before we draw our lucky winner for 💵 $1,000! 💵

We are still looking for volunteers to help run the lemonade stand throughout the day. This is a great opportunity to spend time with your taekwondo family while helping our students learn valuable skills like customer service, public speaking, teamwork, and community involvement.

⚠️ Please note: Jerrold will be helping with another event throughout the day and will be in and out checking on the booth. An adult must be present with their child at all times.

Congratulations Master Tescher!

Meet our 2026 North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame Nominees!

Gary Tescher, born in 1951 in Glendive, MT, is a PRCA rodeo competitor, rancher, and accomplished Taekwondo instructor who built a life rooted in hard work and discipline. Over the years, he qualified for multiple Badlands Circuit Finals, established Tescher Pipe, Inc., and earned a 5th-degree black belt while continuing to ranch north of Beach, ND with his family.

Each year, any NDCHF trustee may submit nominations. The NDCHF nominating committee then screens all nominations for historical accuracy and submits eligible nominees to the Board of Directors. An initial vote by the Board of Directors determines the final ballot. Those selected for induction in to the Hall of Honorees must receive at least 50 percent of the total votes cast by the NDCHF trustees.

We're spotlighting those nominees over the next few weeks in no particular order.

🍋🥋 Hot Rods & Harleys Lemonade Stand – Volunteers Needed! 🥋🍋

Hot Rods & Harleys is coming up on June 13, and we’re excited to bring back our lemonade stand fundraiser!

Taekwondo families, we need your help! We’re looking for volunteers to help run the booth throughout the day. If we have enough interest, we’d also love to keep the stand open during the evening concert!

Volunteer Shifts:
🍋 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (includes booth setup)
🍋 2nd Shift: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
🎵 Possible 3rd Shift: Concert hours (includes takedown afterward)

This is a fun way to support our students, spend time with your taekwondo family, and help make this fundraiser a success!
