Morning or evening lessons- No weekends. Still flexible enough to work around your schedule. 📆

Whether your goal is to build muscle and strength, lose weight, lean and tone out or even just working on getting into fitness and having help moving your body, we’ve got you covered with a personal plan just for for you and your needs💪

Here’s the packages we offer- ( 45min classes)
1 day a week x 4 weeks = $185
2 days a week x 4 weeks = $255
1 day a week + 1 group class x 4 weeks= $190

You are aloud to bring up to 1 friend who has similar goals to you for a $20 add-on but you guys could split the full cost😇👯‍♀️

AND TO KICK IT OFF WERE GOING TO RUN A SPECIAL… 1 FREE personal training lesson added to your session if you sign up for the month of September!😜
