Classes are being delayed to an October 6th start. No classes the last week of October. So classes will be Oct 6, 8, 13, 15, 20 and 22. Trx or pound $30 for the month, or $55 for all. . Or $7 walk in fee per class. Please lmk if you're wanting a committed spot for the month. Any question feel free to reach out.

Hi all! I hope you're enjoying your summer. I'm looking to start classes back up at NKP ADC after labor day! If enough interest I will offer TRX Thurs 530pm and Sat 8am. Then Pound class following Thurs at 630pm and Sat 9am. Please message me if you're interested and if you have any questions!!

May classes will be TRX only Thursday at 530pm and Saturday at 8am.

TRX Thurs. 530pm and Sat. 8am $40
Pound Thurs 630pm and Sat. 9am. $40
8 classes of each for the month.. sign up for all 16 classes for $75! Lmk if you want in!
There will be no classes on Sat. April 23rd. You may also attend as a walk in for $7 per class. Reach out with any questions!
