As a martial arts instructor I need to be an example to the students.
Trainig comes in different shapes and sizes but I want, as long as I can, to be able to kick and jump and run and punch alongside my students.

Did and early morning run today, followed by 50 pushups.

Hope this will encourage my students and others that follows me to get out and be an example for others and their family.
