"I created the brand, "C'mon Legs," when I set a goal for myself to run one half marathon per month in 2022. When I posted my goal on social media, it grabbed the attention of a few friends (Justin & Valerie Richards, and Erika Revord) who became curious about joining me on this journey. They suggested I create a social media platform to create a community for others to join and share their stories. I loved the idea and am excited to welcome you to this stress-free, no pressure group. I’m not going to pretend I’m a personal trainer or coach. However, if any trainers, coaches or gyms want to share tips, advice and services with this group, you’re more than welcome to! The name "C'mon Legs" originated during a leg workout with my trainer, Kevin Gray, in Nebraska City. While between squats, hips sled, and god knows what other pain I was going through - and my legs feeling like jell-o - I still remember Coach Gray yelling out "c'mon legs!" The motto stuck for the rest of my time at Minner-Gray Peformance and Fitness and I continue to run it through my head during runs and workouts. Thanks for being here!
