Thank you for rounding out June classes with me last night. You have all added to the beauty and divine grace that this space holds for us all. It’s a feeling you get when you enter, and then to feel safe, grounded, and able to just be you without the weight of the world. We moved with intention, untied the knots, and enjoyed togetherness.

This week's class will provide exactly what you need. We'll gather on our mats, beginning with arrival and connection, followed by stretching, opening our bodies, and mindfully moving through yoga poses, incorporating challenges to facilitate release, shift stagnant energy, and prepare ourselves for the remainder of the week.
