S-O CSD will be asking voters to vote to extend and raise the voter approved PPEL (VPPEL) on March 3rd, 2026.
Stay informed and know how VPPEL benefits and supports our students and programs by maintaining and improving our athletic facilities.

Did you know that our track was resurfaced with PPEL? The track would not have been redone in 2018 and would not have been resurfaced last summer without PPEL funds.
