We are a full service health club located at the Shrewsbury Sports Center in Central MA. We feature Adult & Jr. Tennis, Fitness, Group Ex, Baseball, Dance, Martial Arts, Soccer, Racquetball, swimming and more. We offer daily tennis clinics and leagues as well as a variety of weekly exercise and fitness

Our facility also boasts 28,000+ square feet of indoor turf field and batting cages. We can ca

ter to any athletic or fitness need. During the Summer we open our outdoor pool for swim lessons and recreational swim time. We are currently undergoing extensive renovations to improve the existing facility and add the capacity for additional fitness programs Come check us out!

The next generation of Runbirds is ready to take flight.
Runbirds Baseball is officially opening registrations for our 2027 Tryouts for players 8U–14U. Train, compete, and develop in one of New England’s premier baseball environments, featuring year-round access to elite facilities, experienced coaching, and a player-first development model.
