Jen - I'm planning to do the Westborough Sprint on August 16th. It is an awesome race and I think baby and I can plod along the course at a relatively reasonable but slow pace. It will probably be my first/last pregnant triathlon. Anyone else in?

Sunday morning ride 8am wheels rolling! Meet at the dirt parking lot intersection of rt140/70 between west boylston and shrewsbury. Planning up to 30 mile route into Princeton and back. Arrive early so you don't miss the group.

If you renew your USAT membership by Dec 30th, you will have access to training videos online for 30 days. The membership is $45-$50 a year. Typical one-day memberships for races are $12-$15. If you plan to do 3 or more races, I would suggest renewing in December to take advantage of this deal!

Looking forward to the 2014 Halloween Hustle 5k! This is our third year running strong thanks to support from our club, family, and friends.

We are especially in need of volunteers this year so if you have time Sunday the 26th at 10am-12pm please consider hanging out with some great people for a costume themed family friendly event. The Halloween Hustle is held at Dean Park in Shrewsbury Massachusetts.
