Each month, we explore a shared theme through open discussion, a grounding practice, and a hands-on creative ritual—chosen with group input to reflect what we most need next. You’re always invited to participate at your own comfort level—whether you join in fully or simply listen and receive, your presence is sacred.

Summer Solstice is here and the energy is high!
Take a 5 minute rest. Here's how:

Savasana is both a reward and a practice. It’s the art of resting awake, letting the body dissolve effort so the Self can rise to the surface. Stillness becomes the teacher.

Today’s invitation is not to do more. It’s to un-do.

Find a quiet place to lie down—on your mat, your bed, or even the floor with a folded blanket beneath you.

Let the arms rest away from the sides. Palms open, receptive.
Legs soften outward, feet relaxed.
Close the eyes or lower the gaze.

Begin to notice:
the weight of your body
the rhythm of your breath
the stillness that is already here

Savasana is not about checking out.
It’s about arriving—fully, finally, without needing to move or fix a thing.
Stay for 3–10 minutes.

Just you, being.
This is the practice.
