I just want to give God all the glory! 🙌

The abnormal tissue found during during one procedure turned out to be from GERD, and my result from the second procedure today came back completely clear—no abnormalities! I’m beyond grateful for the good report and peace of mind.

Also, a huge shoutout to my Leadership Team member Aj Ruiz for stepping up and leading the junior class, and to his mom Brandi—our very own “Tiger Rock Mom”—for making sure the students stayed on track with the new entrance route and were properly stretched and ready before class.

Truly thankful for my health, my team, and my community! 💪🐅

Mic’d up Tiger-Rock class. This is what it really sounds like.

When class is mic’d up, you hear the encouragement, the coaching, the laughs, and kids pushing themselves in a fun, positive way. It is energetic, upbeat, and full of real learning happening in the moment.

Our students are having a great time, but they are also building confidence, focus, and discipline without even thinking about it. That balance is a big part of what makes Tiger-Rock special.

This is structured training done in a way kids actually enjoy, with students who are excited to show up and keep improving. That’s Tiger-Rock. 🥋

Clean up time in Tiger Cubs class. 🧹

It may seem small, but this part of class teaches an important skill. Kids learn responsibility, teamwork, and pride in taking care of their space.

From a young age, students are encouraged to help, follow directions, and work together. These moments help build habits that carry into school, home, and everyday life.

POV: Tiger-Rock is more fun than Rainbow Road.

High energy, movement, and learning all happening at the same time. Kids are getting their energy out while building focus, confidence, and listening skills in a structured, positive environment.

It feels like fun to them, but they are also learning skills that support growth on and off the mat.

The Warm Up vs the Class 🔥👏

The warm up is where kids get moving, burn off extra energy, and prepare their bodies for training. It helps with coordination, balance, and getting their focus in the right place.

Once class begins, the structure shifts. Students slow things down, listen closely, and apply what they are learning with intention and control.

Both parts matter. Warm ups set the tone, and class time is where confidence, focus, and discipline are built through consistent practice.
