For the month of June, we're stepping it up on WEDNESDAYS at 6:30 PM! Bring your energy and get ready for an incredible workout that feels more like a party than exercise!

You asked, and we delivered! We now have TWO opportunities every week to join our Self-Defense class:

🔥 Thursdays at 6:30 PM
🔥 Fridays at 10:00 AM

Learn practical self-defense skills, and build confidence at the same time!

📣 XTREME HIP HOP STEP CLASS UPDATE 📣
Please note that there are a few schedule changes for our Xtreme Hip Hop Step class over the next few weeks.
✅ Class will remain on Monday, June 8th at 6:00 PM.
➡️ Beginning June 17th, the class will move to Wednesdays at 6:30 PM on the following dates: • June 17 • June 24 • July 1
