Our Tennis Apprentice will focus on:
🎾 Learning the fundamentals
💪 Building confidence and coordination
🏃 Fun drills and movement
🤝 Making new friends
🔥 Most importantly — having fun on the court!

Cockrell’s Health and Wellness Fair welcomed the community to learn about the wellness benefits of playing tennis with Coach Ken, healthy plant-based eating with Willie White, lasting wellness including massages with Blue Water’s Shonta Williams, and knowing your numbers with Tanji Lyrse, RN. Tennis injury prevention, safe exercises, and other OrthoInfo literature was provided by Dr. John Ferrell. We applaud our professionals and everyone who came out.❤️❤️❤️
