We are hosting an Open House at D1 Training in Shreveport next Monday and Tuesday at 4:30pm! Get an inside look at how we train athletes, what our workouts consist of, and the WHY behind what we do!

Our Head speed and Strength coach as well as our General Manager will be present to answer any questions you might have and give an in depth presentation on our programming, schedule, and benefits of D1 Training.

Get a hands on look with a free trial! Bring your athlete and see what a class is like for free. 10-18 years old classes will be at 4:30pm, and 6-9 year old will be at 5:30pm.

VERTICAL JUMP for our NWLA testing day! (5/16)

This test is absolutely critical for any explosive athlete looking to make it to the next level. Teams will often use this test to measure power output in athletes. Coach Kyle is going to explain how to do the vertical test so you can be ready for our NWLA testing day!
