hellooooooo YFFam! So happy to be back in this community with more joy than ever! We took a year off to explore, decompress, listen, and slow down…. Now we are back and ready to connect! Ending this year with the amazing Winter Solstice on December 20 at 9:30am!!! I (Emily Sample) will open with a grounding slow yoga flow followed by a meditation by the lovely .meyer.chapman and ending with a beautiful and relaxing sound bath of all sound baths …
