Let’s talk commitment!
It’s a simple word and so many people are afraid of it but yet we have commitments we do daily! There are so many things we can commit to:
Our relationship with our significant other, church, work, getting the kids where we they need to go.
Do you know what commitment is broken the most? The one you make for yourself.
How many times have you told yourself I’ll start doing this or that and never follow through?
Well I have been there myself. I haven’t always been consistent with my nutrition or fitness. But when I DECIDED to make the COMMITMENT to put my health first, i have not looked back.
What if you committed to yourself and didn’t stop when you reached a goal and you just kept going?
What if the commitment is to just read a book? Or have dinner with a friend once a month?
What are you willing to do to commit to yourself?
