CrossFit for a Cause — 3 Events. 1 Day. 1 Mission.
Get ready for a one-day CrossFit competition built around community, competition, and giving back!
CrossFit for a Cause will bring athletes together for a day of challenging workouts, friendly competition, and, most importantly, an opportunity to raise money for charity. Whether you’re an experienced competitor or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, this event is designed to test your fitness while making a positive impact beyond the gym.

The Competition
Athletes will compete in teams of two, (M/M, F/F scaled and RX) working together through three unique fitness workouts designed to test strength, conditioning, endurance, teamwork, and strategy.

There will be two divisions:
RX Teams of 2 (M/M & F/F)— For experienced athletes looking to compete at a higher level.
Scaled Teams of 2 (M/M & F/F) — A great option for newer or intermediate athletes who want to experience the excitement of competition.
Each event will challenge teams in a different way, requiring athletes to communicate, strategize, and push one another throughout the day. With multiple opportunities to earn points, every rep and every second will matter.

More Than a Competition
This event is more than finding out which team is the fittest.
It’s about using fitness to make a difference.

A portion of—or all proceeds from—the competition will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, helping to fund research and drug development to help those with CF lead long and fulfilling lives and ensuring they receive advanced high-quality specialized care.
By participating, athletes aren’t just competing for a podium spot—they’re helping contribute to something bigger than themselves.
