Winter Plyometrics workouts start this Tuesday 11/13/18 (tomorrow if you're reading this on Monday) at 6:00pm at Northwoods - 1572 E Capitol in Shorewood. Park in the parking lot behind Northwoods. Enter though the east side door on Newhall St. then down the steps. Look for the "Plyos" sign on the door.

The next seven Tuesday evenings in November and December will feature plyometric training. All are welcome. Bring your friends. This workout *will* build leg strength, make you sweat, fulfill your cardio needs, and help prevent injuries. The workouts are designed for all sports: running, volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc.

The video below shows some of the exercises we do. Don't be scared by the video. Anyone can do this!!! All ages and abilities can do a plyos workout. Grade school kids have joined. The secret it .

Plyometrics are back. Starting Tuesday November 7th at 6:00pm, we will offer seven weeks of Plyometric for Runners.These workouts are free to Milwaukee Running Group - OMG members who have paid their $5 annual dues, and guaranteed to build leg strength, offer dripping-with-sweat cardio, and help prevent sports related injuries. The video below shows some of what we do. There are beginner and advanced variations of every exercise we do. All ages and abilities can do this workout. Numerous grade school and high school kids have join us in the past. Class size is limited to 30 people. RSVP on Meetup.com.

Just finished the winter rotation of plyos with the members of the Milwaukee Running Group, getting them in shape for the spring / summer racing season. We'll do indoor workouts again beginning in the fall.

Here's a glimpse at our jumping for the past 6 weeks. If you'd like to join us, we meet Tuesday's at 6:00 at Northwoods. Plyos 2016 are sponsored by the Milwaukee Running Group - OMG, but we're loyal to our volleyball and high school roots. Anyone can join.
