With all the tryout posts happening right now, what is one thing you wished teams/coaches focused on more, that would make your experience worth the change?
Maybe it’s fair playing time for everyone, team chemistry, harder competition, entire team player development without focus on wins and losses, lower out of pocket costs, a team where playing time is based on skill, effort and grit only, non parent coaches to have things be more fair, less parent/player drama.

The data that comes with it is incredibly helpful. It tracks so much info to help you maximize your pitch calling. It is SOOO helpful, that I am a little hesitant to share with my competition 😂

The coach chooses the pitch and location they want, and the pitcher and catcher hear that through the earbuds (or watch). Then the coach can track all the data thru the app.
