⚾💙 Troy on 3, Family on 6 💙⚾

Troy Baseball’s two Pony teams went head-to-head tonight in a great game that was well played on both sides—and fittingly, ended in a tie.

Some of these boys have been playing alongside each other for years, while others are newer to Troy Baseball. Tonight they may have been in opposite dugouts, but at the end of the game, none of that mattered.

Because at the end of the day, they’re friends. They’re teammates. They’re brothers. 💙

They can compete hard against each other, cheer for each other, and walk off the field knowing that no final score changes the bond they’ve built.

That’s what being part of Troy Baseball is about.

Coaches will contact their teams with rescheduling information.

⚾THANK YOU, TROY BASEBALL FAMILIES! ⚾

We want to take a moment to recognize the parents and volunteers who have stepped up this past week to work on our fields.

Whether you’ve been raking, pulling weeds, cleaning up, moving equipment, or simply asking, “What can I do to help?” — please know that your effort has been noticed, and it is truly appreciated.

Troy Baseball is powered by volunteers. Maintaining five baseball fields and our entire complex takes a tremendous amount of work, and every extra set of hands makes a difference.

Most importantly, the work you’re doing is for the kids. Every hour spent at the fields helps give our players a fun, welcoming place to play baseball, make memories, and spend time with their teammates.

If you see something that needs to be done and have a little time to lend a hand, please don’t hesitate to jump in or reach out. There is always room for another member of our Troy Baseball family to get involved.

This spring, Troy Baseball learned something that stopped us in our tracks. Two dads from the same team—Bob and Juan—were both facing the same battle: each was in desperate need of a living kidney donor.

We couldn’t stand by and let them fight alone.

An idea was tossed around. Conversations turned into plans. Before long, Home Runs for Hope was born.

Because that’s what Troy Baseball is all about. We’re more than a baseball league—we’re a family. And when one member of our family is hurting, we rally together. When two are fighting for their lives, we show up even stronger.

Now we’re asking our entire community to join us.

⚾ A baseball game for ALL AGES—because you’re never too old to round the bases one more time!

Whether you’re a current player, former player, parent, grandparent, coach, sibling, or friend from the community, we’d love to have you on the field or cheering from the stands. Register as a duo and we will assign teams. Each duo should consist of one adult (age 18-99) and one child (age 5-17).

Happy Fall Ball! Today was Troy Baseball League’s “home opener” for fall with 6 of our teams playing on 4 of our fields this evening. We loved having our fields filled with kids playing the game they love and our stands filled with friends and family cheering them on! If you snapped any photos that you’d be willing to share please do so in the comments!

We have braved the heat, humidity, and Canadian smoke, but with tonight’s storms we have decided to cancel wiffle ball and blitz ball. We will see you next week!
