Despite the cool picture, fireworks and storms do NOT mix! So with potential weather in the forecast, here’s the plan…

Right now NO planned changes to any of the morning or afternoon activities - triathlon, baseball, bake sale, art fair, parade, stage games, kids games, egg toss, water fights, etc etc

What were more worried about are the actual fireworks tonight 😕

WE’LL MAKE A DECISION ABOUT THE FIREWORKS AT 3pm TODAY. Please help spread the word, and encourage folks to follow us on IG and FB do they’ll see any updates!

Blackhawk Country Club, located in the Village of Shorewood Hills on Madison's West Side is currently seeking applicants for all front of house positions. Available positions include: a la carte servers, banquet servers, food runners, bussers, and server assistants.

Blackhawk Country Club is a private, member-owned country club that provides an unparalleled golf experience for our members and guests. The restaurant remains open year around, whereas golf, tends to take place from April through October/Early November.

The available positions are looking to be filled as soon as possible. All applicants must have availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as necessary.

Both year round and seasonal positions will be available. Seasonal positions will require employees to be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

No previous experience is required. If you have a positive attitude, willingness to learn/grow, and the above availability we would love to hear from you.

Benefits Include:
Hourly wage of $8/hour plus gratuity, and free Golf on Mondays.

Friendly update on the festivities tonight at Blackhawk! The parking lot will be reserved for members until 5:00 PM. After that, the parking lot will be open to the public. We recommend carpooling as parking will fill up quickly!

Food trucks: JAKS Ohana (Hawaiian Cuisine), Kakilima (Indonesian Cuisine) and Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream will be available starting at 6:30 PM. Live music will also start at 6:30 PM and a wandering magician will be around starting at 7:30 PM!

Please feel free to bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy the fireworks at dusk!
