BabySteps Babywearing Dance is a joyful dance fitness class for adults and their babies. A welcoming space to move your body, connect with your little one, and meet other parents in your community.

No dance experience needed, all fitness levels welcome! Class is supportive throughout pregnancy and postpartum, welcoming babies from 6 weeks through 2 years (and beyond)!

Whether you bring your own carrier or use one of ours, you’ll receive supportive babywearing education so everyone feels safe and comfortable while we move our bodies. Babies love the closeness and rhythm and many even nap right through class!

Come sweat, smile, and create community.

We can’t wait to dance with you!

Babywearing has been a gift for me and my little ones who wanted to be held 24/7. It lets me give them the closeness they crave while I get back to doing things—like eating with both hands! It’s how we've stayed connected while I rediscover my rhythm and now that my little ones are a little older (4yo & 19 months) it's still a great way to offer them closeness when we have to be on the move.

This week we have BabySteps Community member (and occasional class instructor) Katie & Baby R! Wearing a kinderpack. is the most requested type of soft structured carrier in our classes each week and caregivers are always blown away by how supportive and comfortable these carriers are!
