CTO Alex Poirot’s experience at the . proved that advanced computer tools, like Computational Fluid Dynamics ( ), were accurate enough to design the world’s best and now we are leveraging that same approach again to deliver a groundbreaking new approach to the already proven world of pneumatic wave systems.

We are pleased to formally announce Alex Poirot’s appointment as partner and Chief Technology Officer of Crest Surf Clubs.

Alex is a pioneer in the surf park industry having began his career as one of the original team members at the Kelly Slater Wave Company. Alex was responsible for hydrofoil and bathymetry design as well as introducing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to their efforts. His knowledge of fluid mechanics and the power of CFD was proven to the world with the launch of the revolutionary Kelly Slater Surf Ranch in 2015.

Alex brings an unmatched knowledge of hydrodynamics to the Crest team and we are excited to be by his side as he redefines the surf park industry once again.
