As a School of Yoga 📚, we are transforming our in-person 🧘 Teacher Trainings to an online platform 💻. “As of July 2023, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education requirements have been updated to no longer differentiate between Contact or Non-Contact hours for RYTs. Hours that are accumulated through online (real-time and pre-recorded) and in-person workshops would count towards an RYTs required 30 training hours.”

Please welcome YB 360®️ newest Muay Thai Teacher! 🥊🥊 Ray is a father of 2, his daughter started to do yoga with Yb 360 and he decided to bring his son in for a boxing class. With his few years of MMA training when he was younger, that fun and excitement sparked again. Ray got certified to help others get a great workout in and to reach their fitness goals. It is exciting to transition from the student role to the teacher!
