February 7-14, 2026. Nosara, Costa Rica. A week of surf and yoga you won’t forget.

We’ve brought together a team of experts to make this week truly special.

Renowned yoga instructor and retreat coordinator to lead our twice-daily yoga and mindfulness practice. Morning flows to energize you, evening sessions to restore you.

The surf instructor team at is bringing us local knowledge out in the water to lead our daily small-group surf sessions/lessons and guiding the adventures through Nosara’s incredible wildlife.

Chef Denis and the team at will be cooking us every day. Denis agrees with us that there is no better way to get to know a place and connect with the people around you than through food. Fresh caught whole fish dinners, healthy breakfasts, always available smoothies, homemade power bars. Think Asian fusion and local Costa Rican flavors. (Vegans and Vegetarians don’t worry - chef’s got you too).

We’re staying at Brisa Verde—a luxury 2-building jungle compound with private bedrooms and bathrooms for every guest, two pools, and an oceanview yoga chalet. True luxury indoor/outdoor living.
