Here's the fitness center update for weeks 4 and 5. During week 4, our numbers dipped due to the holiday week, but we got back on track week 5. Seventy-five (75%) of our volleyball athletes got their lifts in. Keep pushing! Our goal remains 100% participation, and our highest participation rate so far this summer is 92%. Let's keep working to reach that.

Here is the fitness center update for the week of 6/22 through 6/26. We achieved 92% participation. Fantastic work, everyone. That said, our goal remains 100%, so let's keep pushing. A big shout-out to our juniors and freshman, both of whom hit 100% participation with many getting in multiple lifts during the week.

Hi everyone, just a quick fitness center update from last week, June 15th-19th. We reached 86% participation-awesome job! I know some of you were on vacation, but we're actually seeing more than one lift per week now. Our goal is still 100%, so let's keep pushing toward that. Thank you all so much for your commitment. Keep it up.

Great job, girls, getting into the fitness center last week! We reached 84% participation, and I'm proud of the effort everyone is putting in. Let's challenge ourselves to get to 100% participation this week. Every workout counts—keep working hard! 💪🔥🏐
