The next great ball player from this area is probably already out there. He just needs the right environment. ⭐⚾

That’s what we’re trying to build with Shiner Stars Baseball.

We want the kids who have big goals. The ones who want to be coached hard, held accountable, and pushed to become better every week. This program is for players who want to compete at a high level, train year-round, and chase something bigger than just another weekend tournament.

Players in our program are surrounded by experienced coaches, quality facilities, year-round training opportunities, and a development plan built around preparing them for the next level.

Every small town around us has a couple dudes who can really play. If we can bring together the top kids from Shiner, Hallettsville, Yoakum, Gonzales, Cuero, Flatonia, Moulton, Schulenburg, Weimar, Victoria, and everywhere in between — we can build one of the best teams in the state.

If your son dreams about playing in the big leagues one day, now is the time to start training and competing like it.

🏆 Runner-Up at the V Tool South Texas Summer Slam! ⭐️

What a weekend for our Shiner Stars 16U! These guys battled all the way to the championship game and brought home a Runner-Up finish against some of the best competition in South Texas.

The exciting part? This wasn’t even a true 16U roster.

⚾️ 2️⃣ 14-year-olds
⚾️ 2️⃣ 13-year-olds

To make a run like that with one of the youngest teams in the tournament says everything about the direction of this program. The future of the Shiner Stars is incredibly bright. 🌟

A huge congratulations to Triston Vesely, our lone 16U player, who earned a follow from UTSA Baseball this weekend. It’s another reminder that college opportunities come from player development, not just playing game after game. Too many programs confuse keeping a busy tournament schedule with actually developing athletes. Those are two completely different things. If all you’re doing is collecting tournament fees without helping players improve, you’re doing players a disservice. The offers come when players get better.

Another great experience for the boys was getting a tour of Concordia University’s baseball facilities. They had the opportunity to check out the locker room and indoor facility and even snap a picture in front of former Shiner Stars player Jaxson Frazier’s locker. Moments like these give our players a glimpse of what they’re working toward.

Our mission has never changed: develop players, not just teams. Winning is great, but preparing these young men for the next level is what drives this program every day.

🏔️⚾ Colorado was one for the books! 🎣🚣

The boys went undefeated in pool play, finished 4th in the top division of the World Series, and absolutely raked at the plate! 🔥 Every player hit over .300, with multiple guys finishing over .500. 💪

Just as important, they had an incredible time off the field—fishing, rafting, hanging out together, and making memories they’ll never forget. That’s what these trips are all about! 🙌

This team looked a lot different than it did a year ago, but that never worries us. We’d love to keep every player in our program because the longer they’re here, the more they develop and the better their chances of playing college baseball at the highest level. But if we have to bring in new players, we’re confident in our ability to help them reach that next level too. ⭐

The Shiner Stars are officially venturing into softball, and we’re fired up to get this inaugural season rolling!

We’re looking for girls ready to work hard, have fun, compete, and be part of something new at the Shiner Starplex.

Tryouts will be held for 8U and 12U on July 1st and July 15th at 6:00 PM.

Come be part of the first group to put Shiner Stars Softball on the map!

It’s hard to put into words what a day like this means for our program.

Watching someone who came through the Shiner Stars continue to climb the ladder is exactly why we do what we do. It’s about giving kids a place to develop, compete, and believe they can accomplish something bigger than they ever imagined.

Ryan’s success didn’t happen overnight. It came from years of work, commitment, and chasing improvement every single day.

We couldn’t be happier for him and his family, and we can’t wait to watch what comes next.

Here’s to celebrating one of our own—and getting back to work helping the next generation chase the same dream. ⭐️
