If things have felt a little off lately, sometimes a simple reset is all it takes. A few ideas that tend to help:

All day theyā€™re ā€œtiredā€ā€¦ and then 9pm hits and itā€™s a completely different story.

A lot of times, that late-night burst just means they didnā€™t fully burn off their energy earlier in the day. One thing that can help is giving them a more intentional outlet before winding down. Something active, something structured, something that lets them move and focus at the same time. šŸ™Œ
