Callanetics is still going strong every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00-11:00am at Sherwood Dance Academy.

SPEAKING OF STRONG...here's some inspiration....I have a woman that is over 70 that can plank for 5 minutes straight, and I have a man that just planked for 6 minutes straight, both were in perfect form. Callanetics reaches those deep intrinsic muscles that you may have not have even realized you had. I hope you come join us for class and please let me know if your wanting an evening class so I can put you on the list.

Boomer cardio will also be starting soon. I will keep all of you posted.

Hi Everyone,
A little update here to let you know I'm teaching Cardio Dance on Thursday nights from 7-8pm located at the Sherwood Dance Academy. I hope you come join me for an hour of fun and energetic dancing that is easy to follow along.

Callanetics is still on Monday and Wednesdays from 10-11am.

I am also teacing Boomer Cardio on Wednesdays from 9-9:45am. It's a fun way to get your body moving in a safe and easy way before you start working on strength and flexibility through Callanetics.
