Don’t forget special hours for Memorial Day Murph. We will be running a 5 AM class and then heats starting at 9 AM until 10 AM. Hopefully having everyone finished up by 11 or 11:30. We will be doing a potluck immediately afterwards so if you’d like to grab something to eat, feel free to stick around and bring your favorite dish.

All Shirts and Tanks are $25. There are TWO T-Shirt Styles to pick from: a soft style like we did for the ice bath Challenge and a Tri-Blend. For the women we added a crop Tank and a crop T-Shirt. Go here to see the 4 options:
