🚨CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🚨

Rhiannon started training at FIT4CHANGE and lost 17 pounds after training and minor work on her diet.

After realizing that she hadn’t been all in on her diet like she could be she asked about our 6 week challenge that I run internally with SOME clients.. I say some because everyone isn’t ready for something that intensive.

She started the 6 Week Challenge six weeks ago and is now down another 17 POUNDS!!!

 Now let me remind you that rapid weight loss is not a good goal, but being her coach and trainer, we programmed her workouts and periodized her nutrition in a way that she lost 17 pounds AND got stronger at the SAME TIME 😳😳😳😮‍💨

And if you have been in the Fitness game for a while, you know that it’s almost impossible for that to happen.

Well, meet the result of what happens when you actually stick to the plan, listen to your coach and do the work!

Congratulations Rhiannon! You are a rockstar and I am so proud of you.

We tend to think that it takes so much more than it really does to get results.

On the other hand, we tend to underestimate what we think we can do.

Having a plan and following the plan, will surprise you by how successful you can be.

Training is not about pushing yourself to the max, sweating and feeling exhausted.

Training means having a specific goal and a plan tailored to help you meet that goal..

Most “trainers” put people on machines and just count their reps… that’s a big no for us here at FIT4CHANGE.

We work with you intimately so that you are not in this alone. We coach. That means we get in the trenches with you so that you understand exactly what’s going on and we help you through those problems.

That is what true training is all about.
