And with your strength and determination, Gazelle Pilates will help you leap without bounds! Gazelle Pilates was founded by Sarah Kathryn Olds. Sarah's passions include teaching Pilates and guiding her clients through the process of getting into their bodies! With Sarah's extensive experience with the moving body, she teaches with a Classical approach integrated with a Contemporary eye. Sarah adapts to many different learning abilities, ages, and skill sets. Sarah encourages each client to take ownership of their body in order for them to make the crucial changes to a healthier mind and attitude. Pilates is a series of physical exercises for strength and flexibility invented by Joseph Pilates. All the exercises are performed on apparatus made up of steel, pulleys & springs.
