After 20 years of bodybuilding, I feel like I’m starting over.
I thought I had reached a place where I was happy with what I saw in the mirror.
Sure I looked good, but my body wasn’t really functional when it came to swinging a golf club.
I realized how tight my muscles actually were and the limited range of motion I had in certain joints.
Now it’s time to undo years of bodybuilding and get this body more flexible.
A different approach to my fitness from on.
From now on it’s going to be more functional instead of o e-dimensional.
Time to get FIT for golf.
