Pilate-ology We are a boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of Sherman Oaks, CA We founded Pilate-ology in 2012 out of our passion for Pilates.

Our studio is welcoming to those of all fitness levels, affordable, and most importantly, gives a kick-ass Pilates workout. We feel Pilates is the most effective workout for long-term physical health, as it’s low impact, builds muscle &

bone, and in many cases, can drastically improve your posture. One of the best things about Pilates is that it works well for every fitness level -- hardcore athletes, people recovering from knee or back injuries, new moms, and those just wanting to get into shape can all benefit.
