Congratulations again to all of our competitors, families, and helpers who has made this year & tournament a huge success!
We are looking forward to celebrating together this Saturday at our dojang.
Flow of the Day
Advanced Class and Success Team 8:30 AM for setup and Team Meeting. Formal bow-in promptly at 9:00 AM, followed by demonstration practice and curriculum review for any students needing class time. Youth group, please arrive by 9:30 AM. Final demo rehearsal, food setup, and celebration setup will begin.
Demo Team: Bring Drums, weapons and Generals' Uniforms
The demo will start at 10:00 AM, followed by special announcements and celebration. Families are encouraged to bring a potluck dish to share. Suggestions include a favorite family recipe. We are looking for a few volunteers to help with drinks, ice, plates, and napkins (utensils will be provided).

Fall Festival Addition
This year’s celebration will also include our Fall Festival! Families are welcome to bring pumpkins and decorating materials.
Celebration Timeline
* 8:15 AM – Setup & preparation (Advanced Class & Success Team Meeting)
* 9:00 AM – Formal bow-in
* 9:00–9:30 AM – Advanced Demo practice & curriculum review
* 9:30 AM – Youth Class & Final rehearsal, food & celebration setup (ALL Youth students arrive by this time)

* 10:45 AM – Cleanup, concluding by 11:00 AM
