New member orientation is Thursday, September 24 at 5:15pm. Coach Mike will lead this training. This free offering to our members is one way we integrate lifestyle medicine into fitness here.

In this session you will learn more about how your body works and how to get more out of your workouts through increased understanding of body mechanics. Mike and Kristi will demonstrate proper form on 4 lifts that deliver a total body strength routine while beginning to correct imbalances that may have developed in your body.

We also talk about the 'why' behind the movements we will demonstrate, which will help you build more intentional workouts as you move forward with your fitness efforts!

Let us know you wish to attend (even if you've attended before) by rsvp'ing to the event post coming this morning!

If we do not understand the why’s behind the movement, and why we are doing them, we can’t adequately address individual body mechanics and fine tune our movement to create muscular balance. 🤸🏼⁠

Each individual is much like the snowflake…we are all uniquely different! Yes, for the most part we all have the same anatomy and physiology, but how we are formed and our individual congenital formation requires specific delivery of movement. If we don’t understand it, we can’t correct it, and we can’t address or correct what we don’t know.⁠

The concept of health and fitness has only truly impacted less than 20% of the American population. Although we are accessible to this population, it is the remaining 80+ percentage that we are striving to reach.
